Listings and products
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of listings, prices, photos, availability and contact information. Prohibited, fraudulent or misleading content may be removed.
By using Mwanamboka, you agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly and respectfully. These rules protect buyers, sellers and the proper operation of the service.

Posting is free. A listing stays live for 30 days from its first publication, then is automatically deleted unless covered by active Premium. You can post a new listing for free afterwards. Editing a listing does not restart this period.
Mwanamboka facilitates connections. Verify the product, seller and payment terms before any transaction.
Each user must protect their credentials and provide accurate information. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, misleading or repetitive listings, automated account creation, unauthorized bots, evasion of limits or moderation measures, and any unlawful or harmful use of the platform.
A suspension blocks sign-in and publishing during a review or until a later decision. Related listings and shops may be hidden. A suspension may be lifted after review; it does not necessarily mean the account is deleted. When reasonably possible, the account holder receives the reason and may request a review from support.
A ban is an indefinite denial of access, generally used for serious or repeated violations or evasion. Administrative closure or “deletion” permanently disables account access. Some data may nevertheless be retained for as long as needed for security, fraud prevention, disputes, transactions, legal obligations and moderation records. Administrative closure therefore does not always mean immediate erasure of all data.
Mwanamboka may limit, hide, suspend, ban or close an account, remove content or require verification where there are reasonable indications of abuse, user risk, a security threat or a breach of these terms. Immediate action may be taken to prevent harm, protect the platform or meet an obligation, followed by administrative review where appropriate.
Registration may use a simple anti-bot calculation, rate limits and technical signals designed to detect automated or abusive account creation. A risk signal alone is not proof of fraud: suspicious accounts are grouped for administrator review, and the administrator may allow, suspend or close the account. False positives remain possible and may be challenged through support.
Significant moderation decisions are recorded. Mwanamboka attempts to send a notice to the account email when it is valid, but delivery cannot be guaranteed. To request a review, the account holder may contact support with the account reference and relevant information.
